Burbi Lake Lodge Monteverde

Extremely disappointed. Expected heating in a freezing room, but only got a flimsy electric heater. So cozy, NOT! The so-called amazing views were hindered by thin walls, letting in all the noise. After being treated like everyone else, i almost rated higher but just couldn't. Where's the premium treatment for the premium price?

The breakfast had a great selection of options, coffee, tea, and slices of fresh bread. Beautiful quiet room, a safe, an electronic key card, and a dining area where appreciated. The hotel had indeed a stunning and incredible location in the lake. Further, it was very close to many attractions in 20 minutes.

The cloud forest experience at Burbi Lake Lodge is amazing.

I encountered several unexpected issues . The hotel's amenities felt quite basic for the price, as there was no TV or coffee maker in the room. The roads leading to the lodge were rough and poorly maintained, something to consider when planning your stay.

Variety of fresh options for meal. Location - STUNNING, just off the mountain as well as beautiful nature.

The staff was pretty friendly and amiable and helped with the free parking. The room was new-fashioned and beautiful with rustling bedding, lovely view and a big balcony, we felt like at home. The food was OUTSTANDING, we appreciated coffee, tea and slices of fresh bread for breakfast.

The lodge is surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds. The room was freezing at night.

The lake views from our room were amazing. Breakfast offered a good variety, with fresh ingredients and made-to-order options, made each morning special. The staff provided personalized recommendations for local activities. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden view surrounding the lodge, perfect for connecting with nature.

No issues, everything meets expectations. Attentive staff provided us with excellent local restaurant recommendations.

The staff's kindness stood out, particularly in helping us organize local tours. The room's heating was inadequate on a chilly night, and the location's remoteness made it inconvenient for dining options, necessitating transportation into town. Still, it offered a serene atmosphere for those seeking tranquility in nature.

The amazing views and cozy modern rooms made my holiday so relaxing. The super nice team and the breakfast was delicious!

We enjoyed a peaceful stay with stunning lake views from our room's balcony, and the made-to-order breakfast was truly delicious! However, the room was quite cold at night and could use better heating.

The venue is located in a remote position close to public transport, the forest, and the main attractions of Monteverde. the family room had lovely views and all the essentials needed. - the vibe at Burbi Lake Lodge Monteverde is very family-oriented.
