extremely disappointed. expected heating in a freezing room, but only got a flimsy electric heater. so cozy, NOT! the so-called breathtaking views were hindered by thin walls, letting in all the noise. after being treated like everyone else, i almost rated higher but just couldn't. where's the premium treatment for the premium price?
